• We believe that every user should know how we utilize the information collected from users. Please note that our Services may contain embedded links to other websites. Our giving portals and donation pages are, to the best of our ability, very secure using latest technology and they follow very strict business partnership privacy practices. These linked sites may not be operated or controlled by AFM Ministry, and although we will not work with knowingly any sites with insecure practices, ultimately, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other websites such as social media sites, and you access these websites entirely at your own risk. AFM Ministry recommends that you review the privacy practices of any other websites that you choose to visit.
• Personal Information You Give Us

AFM does not directly store bank or card information in any format digitally or paper and all such data is safe-guarded in back end highly encrypted servers from our payment processors and is as fully PCI industry compliant.

When We Share Your Personal Information
AFM Ministry may make available for charity reports identifying, where available, your name, address, email, and donation transaction accounting details. We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you, for example those who assist us with credit card billing, survey administration, technical or customer support, shipping, and email and data analytics. Unless we tell you differently and get your permission, they do not have any right to use the personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. We will not share publicly anything about your giving amounts except where you allow that to be done on a particular giving campaign fundraiser page and did not select to do so. We allow those who desire to remain anonymous in their giving to stay that way.

AFM Ministry may disclose personal information at the request of law enforcement or government agencies or in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish, protect or exercise AFM Ministry’s legal or other rights or to defend against a legal claim or as otherwise required or allowed by law. We may disclose personal information in order to protect the rights, property or safety of a user or any other person. AFM Ministry may disclose personal information to investigate or prevent a violation by you of any contractual or other relationship with AFM Ministry or your illegal or harmful activity.
